Procedures to Open a Securities Trading Account

For Existing Clients:

1. Download and read carefully the T G Online, then sign the agreement.

2. Submit / Send the signed T G Online Agreement to:

                T G Securities Limited

                Suite 1105, Vicwood Plaza

                199, Des Voeux Road Central

                Hong Kong

     Once your application is reviewed and approved, a Login User Account

     Number will be assigned to you. After a few days, you will receive

     a separate mail containing your Login Password for accessing our

     T G Online Trading Platform.

For New Clients:

1. Download and read carefully the T G Online, then sign the agreement.

2. Complete the relevant sections of the Account Opening Form (Individual / Joint Account) OR Account Opening Form (Corporate Account)

3. Obtain copies of the following supporting documents:

Individual or Joint Account

i   Photocopy of HKID card or passport of all account holder(s).

ii  Proof of Residential Address.

Corporate Account

i   Photocopy of HKID card or passport of all the authorized person(s)

   to operate the account.

ii  The Certificate of Incorporation and subsequent Certificate of

   Incorporation on Change of Name; if appropriate, the Certificate

   of Registration of Oversea Company (or its equivalent).

iii  The Memorandum and Articles of Association (or its equivalent).

iv  The resolutions (and the printed form of resolutions provided by us)

    passed at the directors to approve the open of a securities trading

    account with us.

v   The latest audited financial statements, if one is available.

If your company is duly incorporated in Hong Kong, please provide the    certified true copies of the following documents in addition to     documents numbered (i) to (v) above:

i.    a valid business registration certificate

ii.   the latest annual return filed with the Companies Registry/any Form

    D2 and Form D3

If your company is incorporated in a place other than Hong Kong , please provide the following documents in addition to the documents    numbered (i) to (v) above:

i.    the letter of guarantee and certified Extract of Board Resolution for

   granting a guarantee (for corporate guarantor)

ii.    certified true copies of documents equivalent to business

    registration certificate (if applicable)

iii.   certified true copies of the Register of Directors and Register of

    Members

iv.   certified true copies of documents equivalent to the latest annual

    return filed with the Companies Registry, Forms D2 and Form D3 (if 

    applicable)

4. Submit the signed T G Online Agreement, Account Opening Form and

    supporting documents to us.

    You may:

 ● Send the completed and signed T G Online Agreement, Account Opening

    Form, copies of all supporting documents and a cheque of HKD 10,000*

    bearing your signature(s) and with your account names(s) pre-printed

    on it, made payable to "T G Securities Limited".

OR

● Bring the T G Online Agreement, Account Opening Form and copies of all

   supporting documents for certification (signing and sighting) by a Justice

   of Peace, or a professional person such as a branch manager of a bank,

   certified public accountant, lawyer or notary public. Then send the certified

   Account Opening Form and copies of all supporting documents to the

   above address.

OR

● Bring the T G Online Agreement, Account Opening Form and copies of all

   supporting documents to our office for certification (signing and sighting)

   by an employee of T G.

Once your application is reviewed and approved, a Login User Account

Number will be assigned to you. After a few days, you will receive a

separate mail containing your Login Password for accessing our T G Online

Trading Platform.

Note:

It will normally take two business days (HKT) to process an account opening

application and you may not be able to trade immediately unless sufficient

funds or stocks are deposited into your trading account.  Please contact us

for further details of account trading limit.

* Account will only be activated after the relevant cheque is cleared.

How do I obtain the Account Opening Form?

There are two ways to obtain the Account Opening Form. You may:

● Download* and print the PDF Account Opening Form (Individual / Joint

 Account) or Account Opening Form (Corporate Account) and T G Online for

opening a Cash Securities Account directly from our website, or

● Request by mail. Upon receiving your request, we will post to you an Account Opening Package within three business days (HKT).
